Domestic Shipping

BPN products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States as well as deployed  (APO/FPO/DPO) military addresses. 

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics
The delivery ETA after fulfillment is 2-5 transit days to most addresses.

If your shipping address is not serviced by certain carriers, please email [email protected] for assistance prior to submitting an order.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via FedEx Int’l
The delivery ETA after fulfillment is 3-7* transit days to most addresses, with possible additional delays for customs processing.

Fulfillment

We require 1-3 business days* to fulfill an order before it leaves with the carrier 

All carriers provide a delivery estimate ("ETA") and cannot guarantee a delivery date, the ETA will be provided during the checkout process. Tracking will be available for every shipment, and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. 

Transit & Delivery

Once tracking is provided, shipment monitoring is the recipient's responsibility

BPN does not oversee carrier operations and is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has left our facility. However, our Customer Experience team is here to assist and will work with you to help resolve any shipping concerns. Please ensure you are monitoring the package and reach out should further assistance be needed.

If the carrier confirms delivery but the package has not been received, allow our team to help. Some situations will not warrant a reshipment, but our team will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
