We are honored to ship packages across the globe. This is your one-stop shop for everything you'll need to know when placing an international order.
All international orders ship via FedEx Int'l
Delivery estimates are 3-7 transit days, which does not include the fulfillment period (1-3 business days); the amount of time needed to pack the order after it is placed. Tracking information is provided and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the package is with the carrier.
Shipment Restrictions
While we cannot ship some items to certain regions due to import and/or carrier restrictions, our checkout process includes all known limitations to ensure you are only ordering what you can safely and legally receive. If an item in your order cannot ship to your location due to an ingredient or carrier restriction, it will not allow you to complete checkout.
Notably, our Whey Protein and Strong Omega formulas are the primary products that are challenging for importing in some locations. If you are shipping internationally and are unable to complete checkout with either product in your cart, simply remove the item(s) and try again.
We're unable to ship to the following countries/territories due to customs regulations at this time:
- Belgium, India, Germany, Mexico, The Middle East, South America & Spain
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees. Shipping fees at checkout includes customs, duties, and taxes, however, if additional fees are charged, they will be the responsibility of the customer.
