How to apply discount codes?Updated 2 months ago

With the various discounts that are available for use on your favorite BPN supplements, we'd like to provide some additional information to support how to use your discount codes.

First and foremost, if you enrolled in the BPN Membership or creating a new subscription, the discount will automatically be applied to the eligible item(s) in your shopping cart; no code needed. For other discounts, such as promotional offers or affiliate codes, those need to be applied in the shopping cart during checkout. 

General Notes for Discount Code Use

• Only one (1) discount code can be applied to an order. If one discount has already been applied and accepted, as another is added, messaging will appear indicating that the code could not be used due to an existing discount. To apply a different code, simply remove what has been accepted and submit the new code
• Subscription orders are not eligible for any additional discount code use, as they automatically include a discount when the order(s) are processed
• Military members (active duty & veterans) and First Responders will verify for the appropriate discount through ID.me, which is linked within the checkout process. Complete this process with each order to receive the discount
• Some promotional offers and sale periods, like during our 4th of July and Black Friday sales, are not eligible for additional discount use

Applying Discount on the BPN App

On mobile, add the item(s) and view the cart. There is a red outlined box that reads "Apply Discount". Once successfully applied, confirmation of acceptance is visible, and the discount code will remain present in that same box.

Applying Discount on BPNsupps.com (Desktop or Mobile Browser)

Once item(s) are in the cart, begin the checkout process by selecting "Start Secure Checkout", ShopPay, or PayPal*. With any route, the discount code field will be located below the Order Summary (item(s) in the order) and above the "Pay Now" button. Once successfully applied, the code used will be visible below the discount code box. 

*Paying via PayPal will require a pop-out to allow for logging into PayPal. Once complete, it will reroute back to the active shopping cart to allow for the code to be applied.
