Managing Your Subscription

Need to make a change? No problem, just log into your account:

  1. Visit your Account Dashboard

  2. Click View Subscriptions

  3. Manage your subscription by adjusting delivery dates and frequency, swapping products, and updating payment or shipping details.

Need to finalize a new BPN account? Create an account to easily manage your subscription. An email with password creation instructions will be sent shortly after your first order has been placed




FAQ — We’ve Got Answers

Q: When will my order ship?
Your initial order will ship within a few business days of being placed, and you'll receive tracking information upon it leaving with the carrier. Subsequent automatic orders will follow your chosen frequency (from 30 - 90 days). You can always find your next order date on your Account Dashboard.

Q: How will I know my subscription is about to process?
You'll receive an order reminder email four (4) days before processing, allowing adjustments (change item(s), pause, ship sooner, or skip). Contact Customer Experience for item additions, and save BPN as a contact to help ensure delivery.

Q: Can I change what items I’m subscribed to?
While you cannot add new products to an existing subscription, you can change the product. 

To add an item to a subscription, simply create a new order and subscription for that item. From there, ensure the billing and shipping information match the existing subscription and adjust the next order date and frequency to match that of the existing subscription. With that complete, recurring orders will process together moving forward. Just note that this newly created order will ship promptly with the next order shipping on your selected subscription schedule.

Q: What if I need to take a break from my orders?
Subscriptions can be paused for a set duration as well as cancelled and reactivated. You can also shift your next order date forward or edit the frequency for a break, ensuring the best price is locked in and you'll continue receiving order reminder emails for further adjustments as needed.
