Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Return & Exchange Policy:


Returns are eligible within 30 days from when the order is placed. Returning supplements must be unopened with the safety seal intact to qualify for a full product refund. Anything less may qualify for store credit at BPN's discretion when received.


Opened supplements and open/worn apparel items are only eligible for store credit. Any initial shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Please contact Customer Experience regarding any damages prior to submitting a refund request.


All refund decisions are final and cannot be reversed.
