BPN Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Please review our cancellation policy below.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. You may do so by emailing [email protected] or by replying directly to your order confirmation email.

Please note that fulfillment moves quickly. Once a shipping confirmation email has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled. If your order is eligible, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled. If this occurs, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps once the item has been delivered.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Orders
When you opt into a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery while the subscription remains active. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected interval unless cancelled.

You will receive an order reminder email four (4) days before each subscription order is processed, allowing time for edits or cancellation if needed.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Links to your Account Dashboard and Subscription Manager are included in your order confirmation emails, where you can manage your subscription directly.

Right to Refuse Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
