General Sale & Discount


What discounts are being offered? 

  • All products are 30% - our deepest discount ever.

Can I get early access to the sale?

  • The sale will start at the same time for everyone, 10am CST on Monday, July 13. 
     

Can I build my order before the sale and complete checkout once it has begun?

  • No, any items in your cart before the sale starts will not receive sale pricing. We suggest setting a reminder for 10am CST so you can complete your order quickly.

If I subscribe during the sale, will my subscription discount be 30%?

  • No, you will receive 30% off this initial order and the recurring subscription orders will receive the standard 25% discount.

How will existing subscriptions work during the sale?

  • Subscription orders that are scheduled to process during the sale (July 13 - 15) will receive 30% off to match sale pricing. Your discount will return to the standard amount after these dates. 

    Wanting to take advantage of the sale and stock up? You can pause your subscription for a set duration and it will automatically reactivate on that later date. 


Will the military discount and First Responder discount be valid during the sale?

  • Your discounts will not stack on top of sale prices, but worry not - sale discounts exceed the percentage you typically receive, so you’re getting the best deal. You will then receive your 15% discount again once the sale has ended. 

 

Can I stack gift cards or discount codes?

  • No. During the sale, 30% off will automatically be applied at checkout and no other discounts are eligible. Gift cards will not be active during the sale.

   

Will discounts be available outside of the United States?

  • Yes, all discounts are available to our entire customer base.


Order Management


Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?

  • We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed. If you have placed an order incorrectly, please create a new order with the desired items. Then, email [email protected] with the order number you wish to cancel and we’ll do our best to cancel it. In the event that it cannot be cancelled, you are welcome to submit a free return request for a refund once you receive your returned package.

    If your order is already in fulfillment or you have received a shipping notification email, we cannot cancel the order.


Will shipping times be affected by the sale?

  • Since order volume is high, we do anticipate order fulfillment to take a little longer than normal. Our fulfillment timeline during the sale is 3-7 business days to get the package out with the carrier and an additional 2-8 business days for transit and delivery, depending on your region. 

    Delivery timelines are always an estimate but tracking will be available so you know when to anticipate your order once it ships. We appreciate your patience if shipments are running late. 


How long will it take to hear from customer support?

  • Things get super busy for our team during this time so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't worry - we'll be working round the clock to answer your emails, texts, and DMs.

    Please refrain from submitting multiple requests to contact our team. All emails are responded to in the order that they were received and additional emails will only shift the original email to the bottom of the queue. 


What if I miss the sale, can sale discounts still be received?

  • Summer Sale pricing is only available during the sale period (July 13-15). Outside of the sale period, a 25% discount is always available through our Subscribe & Save program.
     

Will I need to put a code in at checkout? 

  • No code is needed, everything on the site will already be discounted.
