If your tracking information is showing as "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we suggest checking around your address, including all entrances and behind any objects that could potentially hide the package from view. It's also a good idea to reach out to your immediate neighbors or leasing office/mail room in your building (if applicable) to see if they may have received it by mistake.
We ask our customers to please wait at least 3 business days from when your package was marked delivered to seek further assistance from BPN. It is not uncommon for a package to arrive within 48 hours of being marked as "delivered".
If the package shipped with FedEx, the best thing to do is contact them directly, either on FedEx.com or by visiting your local FedEx store and provide them with the tracking number. In most cases, they are able to talk to the driver and locate the missing package. If the package shipped with USPS, they have a Help Page to guide you through next steps.
If they cannot locate it, the next step is to initiate a trace/missing mail search with the carrier:
