How do I reactivate a cancelled subscription?Updated a month ago

Wanting to reactivate a previously cancelled subscription? Follow the steps below to complete the process. 

Note: in the event that you would like to combine separate subscription items to process and ship together, the payment and shipping information must match. If the payment or the shipping information do not match, the orders will always process separately.

  1. Log into your BPN account and navigate to Subscriptions in the left side menu.



  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate all inactive subscriptions. Select Reactivate



  3. In the preview window, verify the desired order frequency and order date. Select Subscribe to complete.



  4. Once complete, the reactivated subscription will have moved to sit with any other active subscriptions with the upcoming order date present.
