How can I change my subscription billing information?Updated a month ago

Please see the following steps to update your subscription billing information. 

Note: in the event that you would like to combine separate subscription items to process and ship together, the payment and shipping information must match. If the payment or the shipping information do not match, the orders will always process separately. 

  1. Log into your BPN account and navigate to Subscriptions in the left side menu.



  2. Locate the subscription(s) you want to change, then select the Edit icon in the upper right corner of the current payment source in use.



  3. A popup will open to prompt an email that will allow you to change the payment source. Select "Send email" to trigger an email with a payment update link.



  4. From the email, select the link and you will be redirected to a Shop page in which you will enter that new payment information. Once saved, head back to your Subscriptions and you will see the new payment source attached to the subscription.
