Can I add a one-time purchase to my recurring subscription order?Updated a month ago

At this time, one-time purchase items cannot be added to an existing subscription. We can, however, add items to a subscription to be included in future recurring orders on your behalf. 

To request an item to be added, please contact the BPN team ([email protected]) from the same email address associated with your BPN account. Include the item name and variant (flavor or format), item quantity to be added, frequency, and which subscription date you would like it added to. We will use the same shipping and payment information linked to the existing subscription. 

Once a subscription for the item has been created, you have control over your orders. You choose when they ship, where they ship, and how often they ship. We suggest creating subscriptions for commonly ordered items to ensure you never run out and to guarantee you the best price, since all subscription orders receive a discount. You can also cancel and reactive a subscription as needed.
