Can I add a one-time purchase to my recurring subscription order?Updated 2 months ago

Yes, you can now add new subscription items to an existing subscription as well as one-time only items to an upcoming order.

Once viewing the editor on the exact subscription you're wanting to add items to, select the yellow "+ Add Product" button and this will open a window with all available items. If the product is subscription-eligible, you will also select whether it is being added as a subscription item or a one-time purchase. If selecting to receive it as a subscription item, the order frequency will align with the frequency of the subscription it is being added to. Apparel & Gear are not subscription-eligible and therefore will be added to the upcoming order for one-time only.

Once a subscription for the item has been created, you have control over your orders. You choose when they ship, where they ship, and how often they ship. We suggest creating subscriptions for commonly ordered items to ensure you never run out and to guarantee you the best price, since all subscription orders receive a discount. You can also cancel and reactive a subscription as needed.
