We are honored to be partnering with Kane Footwear to feature the BPN X KANE Recovery Shoe for a limited time. Please review the following information to better understand sizing and the Return & Exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges:
Unworn Kane shoes in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Try them on indoors and on carpet to keep them in unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if they show signs of wear or are missing their original shoe box*.
Additionally, returns need to be received in an external box just as it was received. Do not ship the shoes solely in the Kane box; this leads to damages in transit and may impact inspection upon receiving*.
For exchanges, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and purchasing the desired size in the meantime - these are a limited release and inventory will move quickly. Once the return is received, upon inspection and approval according to policy, a refund will be processed within a few business days.
**If the shoes do not pass inspection, a member of our team will reach out to inform you that they are not eligible for a refund.
All refund decisions are final and cannot be reversed.

Are half sizes available?
No. If you typically wear a half-size, we recommend you choose one of the below:
For a narrow foot, go one half size down
For a wider foot, go one half size up
What is the width of the Recovery Shoe?
The width of the sizes 8-14 men’s are a D width. Size 15-18 men's are a D+ width. On the women’s side, sizes 5 through 9 women’s are a B+ width.
How do I measure my foot?
Measure from your heel against a wall to the tip of your longest toe. Use this measurement to find your shoe size on the sizing chart:
How do I care for my Kane shoes?
The shoes can easily be wiped or washed off with soap and water. Please avoid exposure to extreme heat or sun for this can cause the shoes to shrink or warp. Dishwashers, washing machines, or hot cars can also cause the shoes to shrink or warp.
